How it works

Make the stamp
Company name, a second line, colour, an optional logo, round or square.

Choose who may use it
You and the admins of your team. No one else can place it.

Place it on a document
Next to the signatures, in Request Signatures, Sign Yourself or the API.

Applied on completion
The stamp is printed with a unique code and a QR code to its verification page.

Admins only
A stamp of someone else's is refused, in the app and in the API.

Each one is recorded in the document's history and its certificate.

QR code verification
Scanning shows the company, the document, who stamped it and when, and checks the PDF itself.

Kept while in use
A stamp cannot be deleted while a document waiting to finish uses it.
