What uses credits
Only AI work uses credits. A document over 30 pages is analyzed only after you confirm the credits it uses.

Credits and storage
How credits and storage work
- Plan credits
- Added at the start of every calendar month, Western Indonesia Time (WIB). Unused plan credits do not carry over.
- Top-up credits
- Never expire, and are used after the month's plan credits run out. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or moved to another account.
- Storage
- Each plan has its own storage, and extra storage can be added monthly. One upload can be up to 50 MB, and a document can hold up to 10 files.
- Storage full
- You cannot upload new documents until space frees up. Documents out for signature can still be completed, and every document can still be downloaded or deleted.
- Paid plans
- A paid plan lasts one month from payment and does not renew automatically.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan has unlimited signatures, monthly AI credits and storage, so you can try every module. No credit card is needed.
Does a paid plan renew automatically?
No. A paid plan lasts one month from when the payment is received. If you do not renew it, the account returns to the Free plan.
How do I pay?
From Plan & Credits in the app. Prices are in Rupiah. Payments are processed by Mayar (QRIS, virtual account, e-wallet or card) or by a bank transfer that we confirm.
Do unused credits carry over?
Plan credits do not: each calendar month starts again with your plan's credits. Top-up credits never expire and are used after the month's plan credits run out.
What happens when my credits run out?
AI features pause until next month or until you top up. Everything else keeps working, signatures included.
Do recipients pay anything?
No. Recipients sign without an account and without credits. If you let them see the AI analysis and ask about the document, their questions use your credits.
Does the API cost more?
No. The API uses the same credits as the app, at the same rates.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are given for a duplicate payment, a plan or credits that did not activate after payment, or an incorrect invoice. Ask within 7 days of payment.
